Introduction


Update Actions are part of the workflow mapping. Use the Update actions to update customer data and user experience in a workflow.

Sync to App


You can use this step to sync data to a connected app, i.e. subscribe to a new email form submission to an email service provider.

 
Clicking Manage Your Apps will bring you to the Apps section within the account dashboard. You can also connect to an HTTP client (API connection) here.

Enroll in Workflow


Use this step to connect a visitor journey from one workflow to another, i.e. New Visitor connecting to Return Visitor workflow.

Update Segment


There are two options within the Update Segment action: Action- use this step to specify if the user should be added or removed from a segment, and Segment - use this step to specify what static segment that the user should be added/removed from.

Update Profile


Use this action to change information on a user's profile. Information such as Date of Birth, Interests, Name, Address, and much more can be collected.
