Install Justuno on your Wordpress/WooCommerce Store

Introduction

The Justuno standard embed code, conversion code and cart code will be automatically added to your site once you add the app to your WooCommerce store. Products, orders, & customer profiles begin ingesting once you've installed. 

App Install

1. Start by downloading our Wordpress app here.

Once you install the Wordpress app, there is a new plugin configuration screen in Wordpress. You will have to grab the token from the right hand side of our embed code page in our portal to paste into the Wordpress plugin's configuration screen. You don't need to add the Wordpress app inside Justuno if no WooCommerce is being used. 

You will be able to generate an access token inside the Wordpress site's Justuno config screen. You'll copy and paste this into the Access Token field [see screenshot below], and you would put the website URL as the ingestion URL. 

Confirming Successful Install

1. Visit the embed page in your Justuno account
2. You should see a green status for Standard Embed Code, Cart Tracking, and Conversion Tracking when your install is active & ready.
   
3. If you do not see a green status after 5 minutes take these steps to activate your install. Note: codes will not be detected until we have analytics data.
   
   1. Standard embed code - there needs to be an active visitor on site and visiting pages
   2. Cart code - add a item to cart to activate this
   3. Conversion code - need an active conversion to have occurred after install
4. Finally, you can see your WooCommerce specific data in the Justuno Apps section. 
5. Now you can view the product feed details, reset the product feed sync, and reinstall the Justuno app if necessary.

Product Recommendations

1. Product & Orders: automatically ingested within 15 minutes of adding the Justuno App. You can find & manage your products ingested in the Commerce section.
   1. Full ingestion can take minutes to hours. The time it takes to finish ingesting is entirely based on the number of products/orders/customers you have.
   2. Products Ingested - full product catalog, with continuous inventory syncs with WooCommerce. 
   3. Orders Ingested - all orders from the last 12 months
   4. Adding inventory - it may take up to a few hours, at most, to see your new inventory reflected in Justuno.
