Predictive Offer In A Workflow

Introduction

Black Crow’s integration with Justuno enables brands to trigger a second pop-up when a shopper is predicted to be highly likely to opt-in. These predictions are regenerated on every page load as a shopper is moving through your website. 

Requirements & Functionality

1. Notify Black Crow, so they can activate Predictive Offer in their system. 

   Black Crow’s Support team can do the setup on your behalf, so please reach out to support@blackcrow.ai with any questions or requests.

Using Predictive Offer In A Workflow

1. Login to your Justuno account

2. Navigate to workflows

3. Duplicate your existing welcome workflow.

4. In the duplicated workflow, click to update the enrollment trigger

5. Add a segment filter

6. Under the "Events & Audiences" section select "App-specific conditions"

7. Select "Black Crow" from the dropdown list. You'll have the option to manually set buyer intent score or allow the Black Crow automation to take place. 

8. Click "Apply Condition" & "Save Enrollment Trigger" & Publish
