      Predictive Offer In A Workflow

      Introduction

      Black Crow’s integration with Justuno enables brands to trigger a second pop-up when a shopper is predicted to be highly likely to opt-in. These predictions are regenerated on every page load as a shopper is moving through your website.

      Requirements & Functionality

      1. Notify Black Crow, so they can activate Predictive Offer in their system. 

        Black Crow’s Support team can do the setup on your behalf, so please reach out to support@blackcrow.ai with any questions or requests.

      Using Predictive Offer In A Workflow

        1. Login to your Justuno account

        2. Navigate to workflows

        3. Duplicate your existing welcome workflow.

        4. In the duplicated workflow, click to update the enrollment trigger

        5. Add a segment filter

        6. Under the "Technology" select "JavaScript Value"

        7. Paste the following code where it says "Your JavaScript here"

        window?.ju_blackcrow?.predictions?.submit?.triggeredExperienceIds ?? []

         

        8. Update the condition to "Contains"

        9. Take the last id number from the URL of the page that you are on, and paste it into the form.

        10. Click "Apply Condition" & "Save Enrollment Trigger" & Publish
