Introduction

A segment is a group of website visitors who are included or excluded based on conditions (dynamic) or lists (static). A dynamic condition allows visitors to flow in and out of the segment based on events or properties, i.e. "visitors who clicked through an email in their last session". A static segment is a defined list of visitors that does not change, i.e. "customers in January 2022".
Segments can be accessed in the Audiences section of the admin. Click "Create Segment" to get started.

Below are the default dynamic and static segments populated in every website account once the account is created. Users on certain plans will be limited to only using these defaults, while others will be allowed to edit the defaults or create their own segments freely.

    Static Segments

Static segments are a specific list of your selected visitor profiles. These are preselected groups of visitors that have profiles within Justuno Flex. Use the Add Description option for ease of understanding in future use.

Profiles can be synced from third-party integrations like Google and Facebook ads. By clicking the options to connect Google Ads or Facebook Ads, we're navigated to the Account -> Apps section of Justuno.

Profiles can also be imported in the Audiences -> Profiles section.

Within a static segment, we have the ability to filter the existing profiles using conditions.
