How To Activate Profile Enrichment


This feature is free for all Trial and Paid accounts with additional capabilities for Flex plans at least until the beta period is over in June of 2024.

By default, all plans have this feature activated, so you generally won't have to make any changes to your account's advanced settings page to activate this.  But you can toggle it on and off by going to Account Settings > Advanced Settings so long as you have full access privileges.

How It Works


Justuno maintains a database of both B2C and B2B enrichment data that is 300 million records strong.

Whenever Justuno collects an email address from a visitor or when you import profiles with emails, it will automatically and in real-time enrich the profile's data if there is a match in our enrichment database.  

Note: Enrichment generally only enriches US-based visitors and has anywhere from a 20-40% match rate.

What You Can Do With This Data


The use of this enriched data is limitless. 

Here are some ideas:

  • You can create segments within your Shopify store to send emails to based on those enriched properties or your other Shopify apps that have access to customer data or segments can use them as well.
  • Send this data to your ESP, SMS, or CRM to create segments and send more personalized messaging to these segments.
  • Upload these profiles to your various ad platforms like Meta Ads that can better target based on those segments
  • Of course, you can also use these properties in your Justuno workflow enrollment triggers and segments for more personalized targeting.
  • In the future, you'll be able to further personalize Justuno's product recommendations with these properties.
