How Justuno stores secondary emails
Considering that more individuals today have multiple emails than not. Justuno has adopted the ability to store multiple emails on a single profile. When Justuno recognizes a device association to one of it's profiles and captures an email, Justuno will append the email to their profile as a secondary email.
Alternatively, if Justuno cannot recognize the device it will create a brand new profile and capture any data to it. For instance, if I were to already have a profile and then go into incognito mode a new profile would be generated for me.
How Justuno merges profiles
Let's say Justuno already has a profile in an account with the email john.smith@gmail.com. A new device visits the website and is given a new Justuno profile and data is being captured to it. Once that new profile identifies itself with an email matching john.smith@gmail.com the two profiles will be instantly merged together retaining the appropriate data from each.
Emails Justuno syncs with integrated apps
It's important to know that when a second email is captured on a single profile, only that most recent email is synced to the connected app. So for instance, if yesterday I submitted travis@justuno.com in a justuno form in one design that's set to sync emails to list A in my Klaviyo account, then travis@justuno.com will be subscribed to list A in Klaviyo. Then today come back to the site on my same browser and I submit info@justuno.com in a different design that's set to sync emails to list B in my Klaviyo account, then info@justuno.com will be subscribed to list B while travis@justuno.com is still only subscribed to list A.
