What is a Justuno profile?

At the heart of Justuno is it's advanced one-to-one profile platform.  Used to track and maintain pretty much everything a user does on a website so that both simple and advanced workflow automations can harness it's power to maintain and direct a user funnel.

Justuno tracks all visitors to your site and assigns them a unique profile their profile will be an unidentified profile until we capture an Email or SMS number on their profile but any data captured at anytime is always available regardless of being identified or not.

Those workflows can be as simple as showing a lead capture design to any new profile once per session, but as elaborate as workflow that has many many steps utilizing multiple branches, multivariate paths, and many different designs depending on a mix of conditions met or not met by a profile at any specific given time in their journey.

How Justuno tracks profiles?

Justuno uses a few techniques to track our profiles.  These include 1st party cookies, local storage, session storage, iframes and 3rd party cookies.  We work on all browsers whether they support 3rd party cookies or not.

🎗️ Did you know? Justuno uses only white hat google and other major browser approved techniques to track visitor devices as profiles.  This helps ensure that our services don't bet blocked by browsers or added to black lists.  We cannot say the same for some other software in the industry.

Justuno makes a call on every page load to request the visitor profile from our profile API using the local profile id stored in those various places mentioned above.

🌟 Pro Tip While all of our competition to our knowledge has trouble tracking Apple Safari profiles for more than just 7 days.  Justuno has the ability to track those browsers for 365 days using our apps we provide for our platforms or some easy library specific code we make available.

How profiles are used in workflows?

Justuno's advanced workflow automations utilize the profile properties and history to qualify the profile in real-time for enrollment into a workflow as well as moving them past individual steps.

For instance; you may have enrollment trigger condition to only enroll profiles who's email is unknown.

How profiles are used in designs?

Justuno's design studio lets your personalize content of a design by creating tokens that are automatically replaced with the selected profile property's value at run-time.

You can also utilize profile properties to make dynamic click actions on elements.  For instance, you may want a multi-step survey or quiz to go to specific frame when they click the continue button based on answers to a previous question.

Dynamic segments and profiles

In the audience section you can create dynamic segments using a combination of conditions.  These segments will automatically add and remove profiles to them as profile match or no longer match the segment criteria.  Dynamic segments can be used in workflow enrollment triggers but are also a powerful way to run custom reporting or to export profiles.

How to view, edit or delete profiles

Navigate to the audience section and click the profiles tab at the top.  You'll then be able to search your profiles by email in order to view, edit or delete the profile.  This is how you will handle privacy requests that conform to CCPA, GDPR and other regional privacy laws related laws. You may also import/export profiles from this area as well.
