Email addresses are the main unique token by which Justuno users are created, identified, and managed. As such, it is not currently possible to edit your existing email address. Instead, you can create a new team member in your account with your correct email address. Follow the steps below to get started.

Adding yourself as a new team member

Instead of editing an user profile email address, let's walk through how to create a new team member with the correct email, then delete the existing user profile with the incorrect one.

  • Go to Account Settings, then to the Team section in the submenu navigation
  • Click Invite User, input your desired email, and proceed to invite the new email. Be sure to invite the new email as a Full Access user to ensure your permissions are not limited.
  • Accept the invite sent via email by logging back into Justuno with your new email.

👋 Team Member or Collaborator?
If the system says the new email will be added as a team member, you're good to go. If it responds saying the new email will be added as a collaborator, that means the email you inputted already exists as a user on another account. Please contact your account admin or Justuno support, and we'll be happy to direct you as needed.
