1. How does this impact my current Justuno account?
This does not impact your day-to-day whatsoever! "Legacy Justuno" will continue working as usual, with your support and Account Reps continuing to help you drive maximum performance every day.
2. Can I start a free trial on the new platform?
Yes, you can start a free trial on our new Justuno platform while keeping your current Justuno account. The platforms are totally separate! Get started here!
3. When is the legacy Justuno platform being sunsetted?
We don’t have a confirmed date for shutting down the legacy Justuno platform. When we decide on a timeline for sunsetting legacy Justuno, we will give you at least six months' notice - and help make the transition as seamless as possible.
4. If I want to move to the new platform, can I bring all of my legacy Justuno data?
Your analytics will not be migrated as the way our data is aggregated in the legacy platform is different from the new Justuno. If you have specific time frames you would like to reference like Black Friday/Cyber Monday we recommend downloading that dataset. You can do that by:
- Find the data you want to download in your Analytics section in the Legacy platform.
- Click the 3 grey lines in the upper right-hand corner of that graph and choose from the download file options. See the image below for more guidance.
Your designs/promotions will need to be recreated in the all-new Justuno - our new platform has an entirely new Design Studio, supporting fully responsive designs. Combined with a workflow builder where you can create entire visitor experiences, the setup will be worth it! And we are here to help you with a migration workshop,1:1 support, and more.
5. What’s the price difference between my current plan and the new Justuno platform?
While our plan names are different on the new Justuno platform, we'll match you with the plan that best suits your needs. Current discounts on the legacy platform won’t be valid on the new Justuno—your rate will be grandfathered in at the list price from the plan you are on. 6. What are the differences between New Justuno Plans?
Just like on the legacy platform, we have a series of plans to choose from based on your business needs. You can see a plan comparison here but the main differences come down to a few features such as AI product recommendations, Visibility Boost, and limits on the number of custom properties and workflows you can have live at one time.
7. What is the difference between sessions and MUV (monthly unique visitors)?
In the new Justuno, your traffic tier and monthly price are determined by your monthly unique visitors. MUV or monthly unique visitors is the number of people who visit your website. A session is the number of visits to your website regardless of who they are.
8. How do I know if the new Justuno is right for me?
Do you have a website? Then the new Justuno is right for you! In all seriousness, our new platform is designed to help marketers do more with less while simultaneously providing their visitors with a better website experience.
