Introduction

When building workflows and segments, Justuno allows you to use triggers and conditions to both initiate the workflow (Enrollment trigger), and to create different branches for your visitors based on their behaviors (if/then step). These conditions have been organized into categories, along with a Popular conditions category, with prebuilt condition sets to efficiently build triggers based on common use cases.


Commerce Conditions

Below are the individual conditions based on current and recent cart activity, along with recent purchases.

Items In Cart

Allows for enrolling or conditionally splitting visitors based on specific collections, products, or variants in a visitor’s cart in their current or recent sessions.

Cart Amount

Allows for enrolling or conditionally splitting visitors based on dollar amount or quantity of items in a visitor’s cart in their current or recent sessions.

Discounts

Allows for enrolling or conditionally splitting visitors based on whether they have been shown a discount code or customers who have redeemed a discount through a Justuno experience in their current or any previous session.

Items Purchased

Allows for enrolling or conditionally splitting visitors based on specific collections, products, or variants a customer has purchased in their current or recent sessions.

Purchased Total

Allows for enrolling or conditionally splitting visitors based on dollar amount or quantity of items a customer has purchased in their current or recent sessions.
