Introduction
Justuno's Billing Overage feature is activated by default on all paid plans.
While active, a nominal fee will be incurred on your account when you exceed the monthly unique visitor (MUV) limit of your current billing plan.
This fee covers the additional bandwidth needed to handle any influx of traffic, ensuring your Justuno campaigns remain active and uninterrupted.
TIP: If overage charges become recurring, it's a good indicator you may be on the wrong billing plan. We highly recommend upgrading to a plan suitable for your website traffic needs.
Accessing Overage Toggle
For free account holders, you may choose to enable/disable the overage feature when you upgrade your billing plan in the manage plan section in your Justuno account settings.
Once you've selected the appropriate plan, a Plan Summary will appear from the right. Look for the checkbox labeled "Apply overages when exceeding traffic limit". Check or uncheck to enable/disable overages.
For existing paid account holders, you may enable/disable the overage feature by using the toggle in the manage plan section underneath your current plan information.
