Whitelisting Justuno's IP Address

Overview

Some platforms and security tools only accept incoming connections from a pre-approved list of IP addresses. This is often called an allowlist, whitelist, or trusted IP list.

When Justuno needs to connect to your system — for example, to sync data, call an API, pull a report, or power an integration — your platform must recognize the address Justuno is connecting from. If that address isn't on your allowlist, the connection will be blocked and the integration won't work.

To prevent this, add Justuno's IP address to your platform's allowlist.

Justuno's IP Address

Add the following address wherever your system requests a trusted or allowed IP:

35.203.55.247

A few things worth knowing:

  • This is a single, static IPv4 address — it does not change, so you only need to add it once.
  • All outbound requests Justuno makes to your system originate from this address.
  • If your platform requires CIDR notation, enter it as 35.203.55.247/32 (the /32  simply means this one specific address).

When You Might Need This

You'll typically need to whitelist Justuno's IP when:

  • A platform you're integrating with has IP allowlisting turned on (for example, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • A web application firewall (WAF) or server firewall protects your store (for example, a Magento / Adobe Commerce store behind a firewall).
  • An API endpoint, SFTP server, or database restricts access by IP address.
  • Your security policy blocks unrecognized inbound traffic by default.

If a Justuno integration suddenly stops working after you enable security restrictions, an IP allowlist is a common cause.

How to Whitelist Justuno

The exact menus differ by platform, but the general process is the same:

  1. Find your platform's IP allowlist, firewall rules, or trusted-IP settings.
  2. Add 35.203.55.247 (or 35.203.55.247/32  if CIDR is required) as an allowed address.
  3. Save and apply the change.
  4. Re-test the Justuno connection or integration.

Example: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) lets administrators restrict access to approved IP ranges. To allow Justuno:

  1. Log in to Marketing Cloud as an administrator.
  2. Go to Setup.
  3. Under Security, open Security Settings (and, if your account uses it, the Allowlist / IP Allowlisting section).
  4. Add a new entry for 35.203.55.247 (enter it as a /32  range if a range is required).
  5. Save your changes.

Because SFMC's interface and the exact name of this setting can change, refer to Salesforce's current documentation if you don't see the option in the location above, or ask your SFMC administrator to add the address.

Example: Magento / Adobe Commerce Behind a Firewall

Magento stores are commonly protected by a firewall or WAF — this might be at the server level, through your hosting provider, or via a service such as Cloudflare or Sucuri. The address is added in your firewall's allowlist rather than in Magento itself.

Depending on your setup:

  • Hosting provider or WAF firewall — open the firewall/security rules in your provider's dashboard and add 35.203.55.247 to the list of allowed IPs.
  • Cloudflare — go to Security → WAF → Tools, then add 35.203.55.247 under IP Access Rules with the action set to Allow.
  • Server-level firewall (e.g., iptables/ufw) — your server administrator can add a rule permitting traffic from 35.203.55.247.

If you're not sure which firewall protects your store, your hosting provider or system administrator can confirm and make the change.

Verifying the Connection

After adding the IP and saving:

  1. Wait a few minutes for the change to take effect.
  2. Re-run or re-authorize the affected Justuno integration.
  3. Confirm that data is syncing or the connection succeeds.

If the integration still fails, double-check that the address was entered exactly as 35.203.55.247, that it was saved, and that no other security rule is overriding the allowlist.
