Reporting in Klaviyo


Utilizing our Visitor ID for Klaviyo workflow allows Justuno to Identify the emails to Klaviyo for the anonymous visitor sessions they are already tracking.  This means your existing Klaviyo abandonment email flows are all supercharged by Justuno's Visitor ID feature.

At the same time when we identify the emails to Klaviyo, we also create an event and we set a profile attribute in Klaviyo used to for reporting.

Follow these steps to create a custom report in Klaviyo:

  1. Go to reprots and create a custom report
  2. Select Multi-Metric Report from the report type dropdown
  3. Give your report a name
  4. Add two metrics under Configure Report
    1. Placed Order / Total / Sum
    2. Placed Order / Value / Sum
  5. Filter by Justuno_source equals Visitor ID AND Attributed Flow equals and select all your abandonment flows.
  6. Select your desired timeframe and choose Entire Ran..
  7. Save & Run Report

You'll then see the total attributed sales for the selected time period from all your selected abandonment flows that were identified by Justuno Visitor ID



Reporting in other (non Klaviyo) ESPs or Marketing Automation Apps


To report on attribution in other ESPs, you'll generally utilize the sales attribution reports you are accustomed to using for the selected specific list you utilized for your Visitor ID workflow within your ESP.
